Participants Are Requested to Create a User Account

First, please create a User Account with your email address and password, using the form below, to log into the User Site where you save your personal contact information (PROFILE), submit a proposal (ABSTRACT, closed now), and carry out REGISTRATION together with PAYMENT, both closed now. An author of an accepted abstract (PANEL and PAPER) is requested to submit a FULL PAPER (which can be uploaded within the User Site).

Please note that (1) all the actions are carried out within the User Site and (2) all the authors or presenters must have User Accounts with their unique email addresses and passwords beforehand.
