Request for Meeting Rooms

IASC2013 will offer meeting rooms for those who would like to organize a small conference, workshop, and meeting. Please complete and return the application form below to the IASC2013 Registration Office ( info@iasc2013.org ) by the end of April at the latest.
The result(s) will be notified later. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but would like your understanding, if we cannot meet all of your requests.

• - The content of the meeting should not compete with the agenda or events of the IASC2013.
• - The content of the meeting should be in keeping with the educational focus of the IASC2013.
• - No meeting should be during the time of the Presidential/Plenary Lectures or the Plenary Sessions.
• - The meeting should be scheduled as to permit attendees sufficient time to participate in official meeting activities and sessions.
